Garbage customer service. Canceled an order without telling me then made up a story about my card being bad. I had just used it that morning so more BS. Great prices, but I won't do business with a company that lies to me. High prices on shipping. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else. These creeps don't deserve your money.

Didn't receive all my order and they don't answer emails. They also over charge for shipping. Steer clear

I ordered from ejuice connect on Dec. 14th 2020
Received order confo and shipping emails on Dec. 15th
Tracking number says that it was pre transit meaning the order never got mailed! This is Jan.4th 2021
Contacted them multiple times via email and got no response! I tried the phone number but it was never answered.
I go to my account with them and look up my orders and THAT order wasn't even in my account anymore!
So now I have to go through my credit card to see if the money was credited or if I have to dispute it!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INCONSIDERATE COMPANY EVER!

Ordered 10 bottles of juice from them. Every single bottle was old and had obviously been sitting for a long time. Reached out to them to correct the issue with no response.

Never had a single problem, been ordering for years, twice a month for several years. Same juices, most reliable website for ejuice period. Actually shocked that they've never made a single error. should be applauded.

I should’ve listened to all these bad reviews and stayed away. Well I didn’t and here I am with a counterfeit SMOK device and on top of that it was used because it had finger prints all over the device along with the battery casing holder not shutting once I put batteries in it. Smok anti-counterfeit program scanned my QR code’s and they came back as not authentic. I should’ve known at that low price for this starter kit that something was off. I will never buy from this crappy ass fake sites again

I ALWAYS order my juice from ejuiceconnect! I love the low prices and quick shipping. Yeah, sometimes they're out of stock, but I expect that since they have super low prices!

This place is horrible I would give it zero stars if I could first off I ordered 14 bottles of ejuice they send it in a envelope package that gets stuck in the Post Office machines and then when you call them to fix the problem to pack it right they tell you to get a hold of the post office to fix it I would not recommend this place at all same thing happened to my brother but I guess they need $120 more than I do.

These people are awesome! Hands down the BEST online retailer for anything vape-related. In the past month, I have been stocking up pending the oncoming vape ban in my state. I've placed 4 orders with over 30+ bottles of eliquid and they've pulled through on every single one of them. No errors, fast shipping, no problems at all. They didn't mis-match nicotine levels, flavors, nothing. I've had a discount for every single order and it brought the cost down up to 35%. Unless you're ordering from China, you're NEVER going to find a better deal on quality liquid.
It's a crying shame that I live in a "dictator state" because unless something changes, I'll never be able to order from them again. It breaks my heart because if any one company deserves my money and business, it's this one.
I've been vaping for almost 8 years, and I can assure you, these people are #1 in my book. I love you guys for providing my choices in e-liquid every time, having the best customer support experience and getting it to my doorstep as fast as possible.
There is NO other retailer better than this one. None.
